Coins for any young Kids on Forum

Wanted to see if any of you have children that collect world coins I have went through a small lot and have a bunch im not going to keep. They are mostly pre 1960. If any of you have children collecting certain countries let me know and ill send them to you.

    Just curious... not entirely OT, I just started collecting myself at Age 10 (now 16)
    When did you start bringing your own kids into coin collecting, at what age?

    Actually my son has no interest. my daughter just started with USA pennys. thats about it.

    My grandfather passed away in 2000, and I found out he had a coin collection, it was a few years ago, when I was real young, he gave me a single side struck indian coin (which I still have)
    A year after I decided to try out and continue collecting coins to carry on my grand-dads hobby.
    I have been pretty thorough since. I just wished I could've shared the knowledge of the hobby with him.
