Boxes(PCGS)

I have only submitted once to pcgs and that was my 8 freebie submissions in which I received a blue box to hold the coins in. How man coins do you have to submit in order to get one of those boxes? Would I get a box if I just submitted one coin?

It would be interesting to know PCGS boxing habits from experienced folks. Any little nuances in their behavior would be appreciated.
Do they keep world and us coins separated as they should be? As per generally accepted coin handling practices dictate? No mixing!

But they will give you one free at a show.
Show service with 1 coin will get you a box, but mind you that's one expensive box ($105)
