1964 Tall Boys - should it go to PSA?

I have a nice complete set of 1964 Tall Boys and want to get some cards graded.
This is a typical card from the set. Opinions please - PSA ??
Anyone with experience on how PSA handles the rough border I have seen on some Tall Boys cards?
