Why didn't PSA DNA encapsulate this? I've never seen a sticker on a card.

    For signature authentifications, the submitter can request the sticker without being encapsulated.

    Why someone would want to do that is beyond my comprehension, but to each his own.

    I would tend to agree, most of the time. However, in my situation, with my Cardinals collection being in an album, I would just bust it out anyway. I have about 10 or so that I have busted out. I just stick the flip behind the card in the album. The sticker actually works better for me in my album situation. I had just never seen it before.

    I imagine PSA gives a discount if you have a lot of cards certified and not slabbed. Just a guess, but usually when I see those auctions, they have several.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
