Switched from EBay to Photobucket hosting for my auctions

I just Switched from EBay to Photobucket hosting for my auctions and man what a difference. You can see every scratch on the older. I would imagine that I might get a few mare bids? Also showing the back of the card. With EBay hosting you can not really see anything especially the corners. More people should be happy with their purchases too. You can change a popular saying to (A better picture is worth a thousand words).

    Sometimes when I buy a card and its one of those scans were you can see every single scratch on the holder and every piece of fuzz it usualy gets me nervous and I try to stay away. First off, I hate a holder that is scratched so thats why I put all my holders in the graded self seal sleeves, and when I sell a card I can state that the holder is perfect, so yeah I hate buying holders that are scratched. Then I hate when you see all those little things on the card, you can never be sure its something wrong with the card or not, so i try to stay away just in case. Of course most likely it would be dust, fuzz and so on but you just never know.

    I would take your pics/scans the same way you've always been doing them, JMO. The less people see, the more they would buy and i'm talking about things like dust or fuzz, because if there is something wrong with the card I always state it in the auction, but you shouldn't get people nervous with all those little things that are not on the card in the scan. Again JMO.

    Photobucket pics work much better than Ebay's picture service in my opinion. I always bid more if I can see better card detail. It creates much more confidence for buyers. Ebay auctions that have poor quality pics/scans are usually cards I pass on by. I just like to be safer than sorry.

    i'll take a good clear pick any day.

    Gio if you wanna stick with crappy scans and scam your buyers that really doesnt surprise me.
