Pretty sweet autographed card on ebay Aaron, Banks, Mays, Cepeda, Frank Robinson all on one
1963 Card signed by Frank Robinson, Hank Aaron, Ernie Banks, Willie Mays and Orlando Cepeda
Not mine, and as a matter of fact, I'm still considering bidding higher, but thought if someone wanted it real bad, that I'd post the link. I bid $199.00 but was outbid so I'm probably out. Would be a neat card to own and I hope someone on the board gets it if I don't.

That's kinda why I posted it, hoping others will drive up the price and get it out of my range so I don't get it myself

<< <i>Is it worth $200+ and if so think it will appreciate? >>
If it had been a good sales month for me, I'd probably go up to $300.00 or so for it (it might go for much more, I don't know, but it's probably worth about $300.00 to me for my collection), as the cost to duplicate it is high. But it hasn't been a good sales month, so I'll probably let it go. I think it has long term potential to appreciate as eventually those guys will die.
The only two easy, inexpensive ones to get on that now are Frank Robinson and Orlando Cepeda as they both make the show circuit rounds and are relatively affordable under $100.00 each. Aaron rarely does signings now and the last one was about $200.00 to sign, Mays is doing a signing in a month for $279.00 or so but doesn't do much other than that. Banks was easy until the beginning of this year when he stopped signing for charitable donations. He doesn't do shows to much it seems now.

<< <i>Willie Mays was his always fan-friendly nice guy that he is "LOL" for anyone that ever met him >>
Too bad the Frank sig is smudged.
I like his remark about Mays - always a crowd pleaser!
Thanx for sharing Mike - still a nice card.

<< <i>Thanks Mike, so if I were going to bid you wouldn't recommend going higher than $300? I don't mind dropping more than that on a card but I'd like to know how "worth it" the investment is...listen to me talking about cards like investments
Don't let me dissuade you from going higher than $300.00. That's just what I would bid if it had been a good sales month, I don't know if that will be enough to get it or not. It may go for a lot more or a lot less. If you've seen my rookie thread, you can tell I like autographed cards, but I haven't been doing signed baseball cards long enough to know the market value or their rarity or commoness yet. I can tell you a lot about Presidential, but not a whole lot about signed cards!!!

The fact that the card looks pretty mint is another real bonus.
Thanks for sharing (even if I was a little late to the party).
This is the only card on which five HOFers appear together.
