I wonder how many of those 1959 Bermuda Crowns survived the melt of the 1979-1981 time frame

  • Here's one (actually, 3) for the OFEC collectors. Portuguese India - 1961 - 10 centavos. Asking $3.00 each, delivered (within US, add $.50 for international). Prefer PayPal. Will also accept MoneyBookers, US$ cash/check/money order.

a few sets that need to go, quick. got an eBay itch, and no funds available for me to scratch with. due to the size/weight of these, I will need to add whatever the actual postage costs are for each order. again, PayPal preferred, MoneyBookers accepted, as well as US$ cash/check/money order.

LITHUANIA - 1991 - 9 coin set. 1,2,5 centai (aluminum) 10,20,50 centau (brass/bronze/copper??) 1,2,5 litai (CUNI??). According to the Bank of Lithuania web-site, only 7000 sets have been issued. case scratchy, coins very nice. none found on eBay for comparison. asking $12.00 PENDING SALE

KAZAKSTAN - 1993 - 5 coin set. 2,5,10,20,50 tyin (brass/bronze/copper??). what can I say about this set? (not that I really know anything pertinent about it). again, case scratchy, coins very nice. none found on eBay for comparison. asking $8.00 PENDING SALE

UNITED KINGDOM - 1970 8 coin PROOF set. complete with outer folder and information leaflet. virtually no toning on the coppers, CUNI pieces all blast white. asking $20.00

UNITED KINGDOM - 1971 6 coin PROOF set. no outer packaging. cash scratchy, coins nice. coppers showing some toning. asking $10.00

I don't have a camera, but can make scans if anyone needs to see what they look like.

  • Hello All,

I have a few items below I would like to sell or trade here. Each is priced individually for purchase ....or I would take any 90%, 40%, .999% US silver coins/bars/rounds in trade.......make note that cull/junk/holed/cleaned coins are OK if priced fair due to problems.

For purchases, Paypal is ok or payment can be sent to me by USPS mail. Will charge as close to the exact postage as I can get... to be determined on how many you buy.

Please PM me with offer to buy or what silver you have for trade.
    Thank you for looking!

1888 medal commemorating the death of German Kaiser Friedrich III (who only ruled for 100 days!). This medal features the portrait of Kaiser on the obverse and the famous quote from the kaiser on the reverse. The medal has been mounted in a beautiful silver-mourning wreath that has a silver hinged pin and "C" style catch attached to allow this to be worn on the clothing as a brooch. The medal measures 41mm and the entire wreath/medal combo measures 54mm. I believe the medal is silvered bronze. The wreath is German silver. $25.00

Interesting jewelry brooch made of Imperial Russian ½ Kopek coins. The brooch is made with two 1909 and two 1911 dated ½ Kopek coins. The coins have the royal cipher of Nicholas II of Russia on the obverse. A long pin and "C" style catch has been attached to the reverse to allow this to be worn on the lapel. Measures 43mm by 35mm. $17.50

Interesting set of earrings based on the reverse side of the famous 1870 Maria Theresa Thaler. The replica coin is mounted in an antiqued matt gold colored metal rim with matt gold metal art deco hangings. Pierced earrings posts and backs on the reverse. The post backs look like replacements of the older clip on style. I see no maker marks. Age is unknown, but I do not think these are modern made, perhaps 30-70 years old. The “coin” area measures 1.5” across and the earrings measure 3” long in total. Very interesting pair of earrings. $5.00
