Rwanda franc

I've been doing some price research on the 1964-65 type Rwanda franc and have found little to use as a price guide. Krause lists the 1964 in unc. at $20.00, while the 1965 lists at $1.75. The only listing that I could find on the internet lists a worn coin (VFish) at 5 euro. Is the Krause correct in the pricing, or is this one obscure and worth quite a bit more than the quoted values?

I've found these at very few sources so this doesn't qualify as any
sort of valid sample. I've found six or seven of the "common" ones
in unc or near-unc and a couple of the "scarcer" ones. Most are a
little gemmy though a couple have light wear.

The 5 franc of similar design are about the same but slightly more
    common.

The prices on all these were very low until Krause raised them sud-
denly back in the early or mid-'90's.

The aluminum coins of that era might be a little underrated.

As with most moderns it's exceedingly difficult to get a good feel
for the supply because there is almost no demand.
