Question with PSA pop. and 1968 Bazooka complete box ?

I was looking at the 1968 pop. section and noticed their were 3 different Bazooka sub sections. (Singles, boxs, panels)
Clicking on "Bazooka complete box" their was only one listing, and it was marked "Authentic" because "the handcut tabs were missing" ??
First of all, are`nt the handcut tabs the little hash marked lines surrounding the cards ?
If so,, how could they be missing on a complete box ??
I know with a miscut they could be missing on a single or a panel, and when that happens PSA labels them "Authentic"
Anyone have a clue ?

Not sure if this helps with your question but I thought I would share a few examples of the different forms of the 1968s

Thanks for sharing,, your second pic did get me thinking.
Maybe what PSA meant was, box was handcut and what was cut and missing are the top and bottom folding tabs.
Their short version is "handcut tabs missing"
Would do you think ?

That is my guess as that is only way I can think someone would show that panel.
