Yup. They nailed it. These often trip folks up because of their lack of any inscription indicating the denomination or country of origin (presumably the double-headed eagle was enough, in its day).
While they are very common, I have often thought the Krause catalog prices rather low on them, since they are very handsome from a design standpoint, and I have had some in AU and Mint State that seemed pathetically underpriced in Krause.
