Advice on bidders outside US

After last night's gold medal win by the US women in beach volleyball, I decided to sell this Misty May Traenor card on ebay. I have a question from a bidder in Taiwan asking if I would accept their bid
and what would be the shipping cost to Taiwan? Using toolhaus I see the bidder has had several good buys with US sellers.

Two questions: How would I find the approximate shipping cost to Taiwan for a bubbler mailer? Has anyone on here sold to luluchicken before and willing to offer some advice?

We've been dealing with overseas buyers since 1998 and have never had any problems whatsoever.

Usually their feedbacks from others say it all.

Shipping a single card International 1st Class in a bubble envelope is between $2 and $3 max.

Be sure to send to a Confirmed PayPal Address and you'll be fine.

luluchicken looks like a great buyer with outstanding feedbacks, received and sent.

In order to be protect by Paypal you need to ship Global Registered(or something like that).Its about $18-$21.

It can be a gamble, because there have been well known issues with Taiwan bidders and Paypal. Not all are bad, but it only takes one time to lose your card and the money. Please remember that feedback is not always the most accurate gauge to use these days, since sellers can't leave neg feedback even if they might have been scammed. Just something to keep in mind.

I have sold to good and honest Tawain buyers who were willing to send $USD$. It's your card, so ultimately, it's up to you.

Only problems I've ever had on ebay were with overseas bidders. I block them now. And keep in mind, regardless of insurance coverage or tracking, USPS will do NOTHING after the package is scanned at the last US office. "We did our part and can't control what happens in foreign post offices. Sorry."
