Scammer at Work or Legit Wrapper Collector?

Good day,
I thought I had covered my bases with the Disclaimer I made in my auctions for Wrappers: See Auction # 130428709308, but I forgot to put in No Private Bidders. So this guy comes along and Buys three of these wrapper auctions with Buy It Now. I will refuse to deliver and take the Negs if somebody clearly knows this E-Bay ID as one of the Re-sealers ID's.

ryan231231 is the ID

Anybody know this as one of the Resealers?

I probaly won't sell to him anyway just as a matter of principle.

    Did a advanced search of items bid on by your buyer and I have no doubts he's a pack factory..He's buying up tons of wrappers and same year commons...

    Edit.. Where's he from??

    No doubt a factory. He is based in Michigan (according to Ebay) if that helps in tracking down his selling ID.

    I already told him to go pound sand...I'll take the neg if he wants to bring it on. It really is kind of sad because there are legit Wrapper collectors.

    Trying to find his seller ID right now for you maybe you can use that as leverage to prevent the negs

    You know what is really scary about this for me. He bought a 1967 Garrison's Gorillas Wrapper as well. This is the first Re-Sealer foray into Non Sport that I have heard or seen.!!!!! Although I have seen Top Dollar Three Stooges and Batman stuff that I have stayed away from, cause it didn't feel right, but this is a low dollar $20 pack at best.

    Could be a test run for him to see how the market works for him. He also has bought some singles from that set. Might be the one we can catch him on.

    Leaiscards has done the detective work to show that the guy who was trying to buy from me was the same scammer from Muskegon. Now what can we do to get all the rest of this scammers auctions pulled?

    It's funny these scumbags think they can hide there buying habbits by making there feedback private...Not knowing all you have to do is a advanced search...

    email the buyer and tell him exactly what cards are in his pack should he choose to open it.

    sign it "The Ebay Clairvoyant"

    Check out his Green Hornet pack for sale

    and a Green Hornet wrapper that he probably bought.

    They look very similar. Almost exact.

    Based on what Neil told me about his address being in Muskegon, MI and this seller is in Muskegon. Its pretty clear

    Uphill, good eye. I've studied both pics and the random markings on each seem to be pretty conclusive. I've also done the same for some of the BB and FB packs he's "bought" and sold and while there are similarities (ESPECIALLY THE FOLDS), it's not quite as convincing.

    This is what the POS sent me when I emailed him and told him he wasn't getting the Wrappers.

    what is wrong with you i bid on your listing for my collection, you wont accept my payment... i think it is time for you to leave ebay then or sell to pre selected people only, so you wont hour your sale then?

    I answered him back with this:

    Good Day,
    OK listen up Dirtbag, I have your other E-bay ID where you are selling your Illegal Resealed Re-packaged crap. You have one option, drop this right now, forget this ever happened or I will just for starts:
    1. E-mail every one of the winners of your Auctions and tell them what you are before you ever send them there winnings.
    2. Contact E-Bay and use every resource that I can to get them to do something about all your EBay ID's
    3. Make a phone call to the Muskegon Police Dept's fraud unit and have a ittle talk with them.
    4. Have dozens of others on a couple of chat boards (Where you are already the subgect of discussion) make the same calls to the Muskegon Police. If they get enough calls I am sure something will be done.
    So bottom line, if you answer this message in any way to include giving me any Feedback I will take all the measures above just for starters.
    So Leave me the F%$#K alone!!!!!

I am going to call them with the scumbags address and at least make the complaint. Anybody else want to take a couple of minutes out of there day to make a call as well, please feel free. PM me and I will give you his Name and Address.

    This is great. I'm glad you're calling him out on this stuff. He probably will just keep doing it, but sooner or later eBay will kick him off (I hope).

    Agreed with previous comment that the man most assuredly soiled himself after reading the dirtbag diatribe from Neil. LOL.

    Great work guys! This new seller xyzblaster is a real POS and a thief. I'm hoping your e-mail put the fear of God in him at least. There are a group of these thieves operating on ebay right now, including rmlh something, xyz, tjs812 something, etc. and they are all dirtbags. In addition, of course, to good ol' overtimecards and the guys that used to run JDSbullpen.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
