Need Help Storm?? Anybody? New Paypal Rule

Good day,
So bottom line...The new FeeBay rules are going into effect. I don't want to discuss the good, bad whatever. End of that story...the rules have changed and I will as well. What I would like to get is some advice and constructive rules to help me to adapt to these changes.
I Buy and Sell Non Sport with some dabbling in Sports, have had 50-100 auction running per week for the last 6-7 years continuosly with only one break of 3 days with no auctions. I just opened my Store last month and am just geting the hang of that a little bit.
I have never taken and have been resisting PayPal beacause of the fees since day one. Now I will be taking PayPal, what do I need to know. Didn't somebody on here talk about transfering there money out of their Paypal account and then out of their bank account tied to Paypal, like almost every day? Do I need to set up a seperate account with nothing attcahed to it to transfer money into so PayPal has no strings to it and I can transfer money out of my PayPal tied account into the clean account? Do I really do this every day?
What other non Paypal items should I know about with these changes. Somebody on another thread was mentioning something about shipping to Canada. Is there something I need to know, a couple of my best customers are in Canada?
What else?

Actually Collect Non Sport, but am just so full of myself I post all over the place !!!!!!!

Most sellers transfer their paypal balance daily to any bank account (checking, savings, ect) to avoid paypal freezing your funds (a dispute or chargeback from the buyer-valid or not)... just add any bank account to your paypal profile. Once transfered, paypal can't touch (or recover) the funds.
As for Canadian buyers, most sellers say no because you cannot track/confirm delivery (usps delivery confirmation) to meet paypals requirement of online verification. Just unselect all countries except US for eBay transactions, then add any favorite Canadian buyers via eBay add approved buyers list.
