How to loose confidence in a TPG

I have just received a submission back today and on checking the coins I find a Canadian 1969 50c has been graded as a 1985 S$1 Canada Nat'l Park PR 65. When I check the cert no. it lists it as a 1985 S$1.
Some 'Mechanical Error'!
I can understand making an error in identifying a version but a MS 50c for a Proof Commemorative Dollar?
Come on PCGS get your quality service up to parr.

<< <i>Oh, and before I could send the coin in for them to correct their mistake I had to renew my PCGS Collector's Club membership. >>
I have never had a club membership with PCGS, but they corrected their mechanical error with one of my coins. I paid to ship it to them, but they paid to ship it back to me (with the correction made). It is my only experience with this, but it was a positive one.
