Need help with a Tracy McGrady Rookie

I haven't ever posted on this forum, but from what I have seen it seems most here are into baseball or football. If someone who knows modern Basketball can help out, I would appreciate it. I have just recently been getting slowly back into cards and don't have any means to figure out values other than eBay. Today I pulled a Tracy McGrady 97-98 Flair Showcase Row 0 card #/500. I would like to know the BV for this card. I noticed there is a PSA 10 on the bay with a buy-it-now for around $300 and a BGS 9 for about $160. My card is raw, but looks just as good at these and has to at least be a 9. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
