Oh what a difference one grade up makes

also along the same lines the grading company it makes a ton of difference as well

PSA 9 with 4 days left

BVG 9 BIN that has run for a few months

anyone else temped to kill the BVG 9 and try for a crossover?
Looking for FB HOF Rookies

    That BVG scan isn't good enough to take the gamble on a $50 card more less that range.

    Probstein is a huge and intelligent buyer. I would wager that card was rejected by both PSA and SGC.

    It's the reason I collect 7's. I feel it's a tremendous value for such a slight difference in the quality of the card.

    I agree with you. In fact, I often times collect based upon the decade...
    7 for the '70s...
    6 for the '60s...
    so on.

    I always shoot for a 7 first though.

    Sending cards to GAI is not a wise thing to do. However, I do have respect for Mike Baker personally, but have little or no respect for the company.

    Psa 7's that are nicely centered are the perfectly affordable solution to PSA 8's that command stupid money image

    It all depends based on a particula card. You can have a card in an 8 that sells for $20 and then the 9 would sell for $30 but then you have some cards that sell for $20 in 8's and then sell for $100's in a 9. It totaly all depends on the type of card, which i'm sure most of you here know already.
