Allen & Ginter grading question.

Would PSA still grade one of the Allen & Ginter autographs if I removed it from its frame?

I assume not, since they wouldn't be able to classify it. But this is a question you should go to PSA with: send em an email.

The frames are just too distracting, in my opinion.

The frames are Ginter, once you take it out you can never go back..you could slab it now and if it really bothered you you would always
have the option later on.
