Here's his next card. It looks like the same picture, with the black and white reversed and the ball superimposed.

And here's his first, 1961 Topps, which also looks like the same pic.

All these cards, and he played only in 1961. In 1961 he had 34 catches, 4 touchdowns, and 1 2-point conversion.
