A question about the Krause manual
I have now a chance to obtain the 2009 Krause on DVD. My questions are,
does anyone else have it on DVD? Is it usefull?
I ask because I travel away from home 1-2 weeks at a time and just can NOT be dragging around the paper copies.
Thanks in advance for any input

The DVD is a pdf of the entire catalog. They also tabbed it alphabetically.
If I had to go on the road, it'd be in a laptop, no doubt.

If you need that info on the road and have a laptop they are indispensable! lugging the books is not really an option...
I would copy the data (PDF files) locally to your hard drive though as using them from the DVD drive is slow enough to
make you cry.

Does the 20th Century Krause have only the 20th Century DVD?
Because I thought I saw a standalone DVD set that included 3 or 4 centuries.
But it cost more than just the 20th Century Krause book.
Thanks,
Mark

I don't have it yet so I cannot answer much about it, but being able to carry it around on a laptop instead of lugging the paper version sounded pretty good to me.
