    Try Amazon as there's always a few copies... get ready for sticker shock as it's a Out Of Print and is worth $300 as a Paperback.

    There's one up at $159 which is a deal!

    I have been looking around for awhile for a good copy. just this morning I found one listed as Fine from Barnes and Noble for the princely sum of $58+/shipping included!! :p

    patience pays off since I almost laid down 3X that much last summer. keep searching, copies are out there, just not at a Numismatic related site where it will cost.

    Have an autographed hard back that I got for Christmas back in 1994. Nice that some of the books have actually increased in value.
