Need help ID'ing this coin please

I have no idea what country this coin came from. It has a token reverse where you don't flip the coin up/down to see the reverse right side up, you flip it side to side. There is no writing on this coin, and what looks like might be writing on the outside of the shield, is just design work.

Please help me ID this. I know this isn't a find of the century, but I would like to know more about this coin.
