Not having a problem at this end, but there is a "glitch" that many are complaining about in eBay's Feedback Forum.

eBay's latest System Announcement reads:

"The eBay system will be undergoing general maintenance from approximately 23:00 PT on Thursday, August 14th to 01:00 PT on Friday, August 15th."
