The Microsoft Live / Ebay / Paypal promotion... has anyone really milked it?

Has anyone teamed up with someone else to set up Buy It Now listings and get the maximum cash back?
e.g. Person 1 sets up a $1000 BIN listing. Perosn 2 buys it. Person 2 sets up a $1000 BIN listing, Person 1 buys it. Both Person A and Person B get $250 back from Microsoft. Repeat 2 times.

For me, I maxed out at 750 which allowed me to buy a few cards I've wanted for a while and at the same time getting them for a great price. I have another account where I plan to do the same with three more cards. I figure as long as I'm actually buying cards and transacting, Microsoft will honor the rebate. I have a bunch due in about a week's time.
<< <i>I haven't done that and would guess that Microsoft would easily catch that kind of gaming the system. In your scenario, both parties would gain $750 each with the card essentially not changing hands. The two of you could then create new buyer accounts and do this an infinite number of times, assuming of course Microsoft wouldn't catch on (which they probably would).
