Help Identifying a Jordan Card

Can anyone help me with what this card is? The number on the back is HC3. I have seen it floating around on eBay with a white border, but I have not seen any cards quite like this.

Not exactly sure how they were issued but I believe this was part of an insert set in packs commemorating the '94 World Cup which was played in the US. I remember seeing similar cards of Gretzky and Montana that showed them as honorary captains too.

Im pretty sure they came out of the 1994 Upper Deck World Cup Soccer Packs. I think there were a couple of other sports stars in it to get people who arent soccer fans the chance to pull a card of someone they know.

It's on the checklist at Beckett website.
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

Touching the ball with his hands must be a goalie...

Just curious.... doesn't the top right corner of the card display the Upper Deck 92 logo?

Could you tell me what the info and pricing is on the Beckett checklist for this card?

I dont remember the exact price, but I think a year or so ago, the book was around $6-$10. Its not super hard to get, I think you got about one per box. Kind of like the 1991 Jordan White Sox in UD Baseball.
