Pulling out of baseball for awhile and interested in Basketball....Question

So, after watching the men's game against China the other night I pulled out my one binder full of basketball cards. Most of them are from when I was younger. I didn't realize how really fantastic these cards are. So, I've decided to pull out of collecting baseball for a bit and focus on basketball. I could care less about the jersey's or auto's. I really like the visual aspect of refractors. Especially from the 90's. Is there a cheap box I could buy that has a lot of nice refractors from that era? I like the 93/94 Finest, but those seem hard to come by.
Are there any other years that are great for refractors? Thanks!

If you're looking for cheap boxes, '97-98 Finest Series 1 would be a decent buy. It has the RCs of Tim Duncan and Tracy McGrady. There are also silver and gold refractors that are harder to come by. The boxes usually go for about $35-40.

The earlier years are either too expensive ('94-95 Series 2, '95-96 Series 1, '96-97 Series 1) or don't have anything great in it like '94-95 Series 1 (no rookies).
