Hmmm...I Suppose He Could Have A 1954 Topps Ernie Banks PSA 8 ...

A 1954 Topps Ernie Banks PSA 8 sold tonight for $2,950.00 (PSA S/N 09033944.) Card is pictured below.

Now, I see that a 1954 # 94 ERNIE BANKS ROOKIE CARD PSA GRADED with the same certification number is up for auction. The (tiny) card is pictured below. I suppose seller durham_00005 could have been the high bidder in the first auction. But it would seem odd that he is selling it so soon. I would imagine that he would at least wait until he received the card so that he could put up a better scan.

I know that the prison poulation is way up due to goofball
drug laws, BUT surely some of the increases are due to
America now producing the dumbest class of criminals in its
    history.

  • Unless enough people report it, eBay will let it go if the original seller does not report it. I just reported most of his auctions including the Babe Ruth promo card which is just an A&G mini. Also states his Mantle rookie is a PSA 7 but is just another stolen photo of a reprint that is listed as a reprint.

    Definitely a scumbag!

I reported him a few seconds ago.

Let's keep making an effort to rid these ass clowns from eBay!

    storm,

i couldn't agree more. the only criminals that get my respect are wireless & bluetooth criminals, b/c they are & have been committing crimes that we haven't even truly categorized & begun to enforce yet.

You have too much time on your hands! You need more billable hours or maybe you need some kids. That will zap your private investigator time! image

Looks like that listing was just pulled by ebay. It's about time. By the way, does anyone know the buyer of the card at the initial auction (the one that ended Aug. 11),username cfostkane. I believe he's from Arizona. His fb is only 12 but buying really hi end items. Winning bidder on a '55 Topps Koufax-PSA 8 that went a couple of days ago on ebay-$4,100 plus a $50 S & H fee. Wow!!! You would have to be certain of a half-grade bump to pay that kind of $.
  • All his auctions were pulled for shill biddingimage I actually feel like I accomplished something today.
