Wow, those are two beauties. Did you buy those in that grade or purchase them and have them graded at the show?

I traded for these bad boys. 7's and 8's for two 9's, which I'll do all day long. The dealer I got them from actually sent the Bunning in for review for a 10......it's one of the nicest 9's I have ever seen.

I am not sure why that would not get a 10. It looks as good as any 10 I have seen on Ebay. Nice pickup!

Here are some raw cards. I'll add the 62's tomorrow. I found the Javier digging through a bunch of piles. I don't think it will 8 due to the upper left but it's still a nice pick up for $5.

I wish to make it anonymous. I was very impressed by the Grim, but when I scrolled down to the Bunning my eyes welled up with tears. What a beauty!

    Thanks for sharing it.

Edited for "thank you" and vocabulary correction.

Fantastic Jim Brown. It's hard to believe that such cards are still floating around, waiting to be had. Congratulations.

Thanks to all. I found all the 62's on Sunday afternoon. Glad I heeded the advice of many that it was a good day to buy!

I can't believe that even those '62 commons were still floating around, ungraded. I've been under the impression for 2-3 yrs now that anything worth grading has been graded. But you guys and the various pics you post have inspired me to look for raw stuff again. It's still out there, you just have to look a little harder, and usually be prepared to pay a premium.

    anyway, awesome pick ups!
