Need some PSA/DNA assistance: Auto'd BB's

Trying to figure out the PSA/DNA routine for submitting, grading and encapsulating autographed baseballs. Anyone familiar with the process? Reading the submission info really doesn't clarify as I can't seem to find the specifics about getting the ball slabbed.

    I'm trying to figure out the pricing structure for getting signed baseballs graded and encapsulated. Everything seems to point to the CoA's and refers back to encapsulating cards.

    I'm not in the mood to package everything up, send it off and find out it's another $XYZ$ to grade AND encapsulate. I also don't want to waste the time sending it out and getting it back with only a PSA/DNA sticker. And every time I finally find the time to get to this, it is the weekend and there's no one to call at PSA (I need to manage my time better).

    The submission forms and information just seem very non-descript and vague. Maybe it's just me.
