Possible Scam?

Just looking through some Josh Hamilton rookies and came across this one on eBay. He says that it is a refractor but it looks like a normal chrome. Of course the picture is too blurry to read "refractor" on the card. This would be the difference between a $50 and $500 card.

The Beckett flip says "refractor."

So, no scam, just a bad scan
