2008 Legendary Cuts Packs

I purchased a lot of (3) packs on EBAY that were guaranteed "HOT" packs, which are advertized to definitely include a JERSEY or AUTO card. Do the dealers know this because the packs are thicker?
Further more, yes each did include a jersey card, but no autos. Is there a thickness difference between the jersey card and the auto card? If so, the dealer would have known I was getting jerseys, correct?
Thirdly, the base cards in the (3) packs were basically all dupes. In 3 packs, I got (3) Abreau's, (2) Lackey's, and (2) Iwamura's.
Do I have any recourse with the seller for "searched" packs? He obviously did not look through the cards, but is thre any chance he would have sent a pack with an AUTO? If he knew they only had jersey cards, isn't it kind of "searching"?

Hey, he advertised searched packs, you bought searched packs. What's the problem?
A lot of people will consider buying searched packs the same as being a "searcher". Not a good thing. No sympathy here...
"I helped a criminal"
BEST case these were searched and weighed.
WORST case these were resealed packs.
PLease don't procreate.
Thanks,

<< <i>Who's more unethical, the searcher or the searcher who searches the searcher? >>
I am way too sober for comments like this...

<< <i>The searcher of the searcher who is searching for unsearched packs, should expect to receive unsearched packs that have been searched by the aforementioned searcher and not theoretically unsearched. >>
Huh? You confused Jorge

Some of the newer packs, like A&G have the middle "nothing" insert to throw off these clowns
<< <i>The contract Wal-Mart has with the card supplier is they put the cards in the stores and only when the item is scanned at the checkout is Wal-Mart billed for it. >>
Never knew this but makes sense.
