That means your account is suspended. Do you have one that is?

If you paid for this item by paypal file through them, Ebay will do nothing but direct you to Paypal anyway.

Known glitch.

BUT............

1st.... Dump your cache and restart the machine.

2nd... Log-in and look at you Dispute Console. If you have no disputes pending, it should say so.

3rd.... Go to your PayPal account. Check for disputes there. If none, proceed to 4.

4th... Attempt to refile your EBAY INR.


If nothing works, you might as well wait until Monday morning and get
a supervisor to chat with you. DEAD-Help is a waste of time.

In general, an INR filed with EBAY does nothing for the buyer, except
exact minor revenge against the seller.

The better filing is an INR at PayPal, if that is how you funded the buy.

EBAY has been taking action against buyers and sellers who file - and
do not promptly close - INRs/SNADs/NPBs. A number of sellers claim to have
been warned that they cannot continue to file multiple NPBs, without
closing existing ones. (It is possible that your glitch is related to EBAY
attempting to adjust the ENTIRE dispute/complaint scheme.)

ANY "related" account will be vexed by any other account in the stable that is NARU or suspended.

If you have a mischief account or a card-pirate buster account and THEY get in trouble,
the account you consider "primary" will now get whacked, too.

Check any such accounts that you may have.

Did that and everything is back to normal. I do not have any dummy accounts, no need for that, as I am ONLY a buyer on Ebay now. Ebay removed all of my negs from the josefina fiasco from before but I do way better at the flea market with the stuff I buy there. Tried using the Walmart and Craigslist formats to drive buyers to my booth, which has worked ok so far. Ebay wants to get rid of the small sellers (me) and I am taking advantagre of that now. Thanks STORM you the man!
