OT - Help on reading japanese (Mysterious Button)

My friend bought an used car, more exactly a Toyota Vitz with automatic transmission.

There is a mysterious red button near the transmission and I have no idea about what is for, but is says something in japanese.

Can anybody help me translating what it says ?

My Japanese is not very good but I think it might say......... Eject at over 72 MPH
