Help in identifying this old baseball

Any help in identifying or directing me to someone who could help identify this old ball would be appreciated. The ball seems to be made from some bulap type material. There a couple of letters still visible on the ball from the manufacturer or league, or something. Is it a ball that was made for kids years ago, or a pre-horsehide or cowhide ball, or what?

Would you be able to say the dimensions of the baseball ?

Do you know if it is regulation size ?

It looks as if you can see the winding of the material under the hide .

Do you know how many stitches are on the baseball ?

Edit: Unless you take the baseball apart and cut it open, I think it is going to be very difficult to find out exactly, being it has hardly any markings on it other than the faint letters and that it has red stitches . .
