    Yup. From the Packers Site:

Continuing a 21-year tradition, police officers around the state of Wisconsin are once again armed with Green Bay Packers football cards.

Sponsored by the Navigator Planning Group, the program -- which began during the head coaching tenure of Bart Starr -- now distributes over 125,000 sets of cards to kids each year, up from its original number of 11,000 sets in 1983.

"Kid's can wave to police officers, and if they're not busy, they will pull over to talk to them or they can talk to the officers at various special events," said Ashwaubenon public safety captain Chris Madson, who coordinates the program for the entire state. "For safety reasons, we just ask that the kids not approach police officers making traffic stops or while on other calls."

Nearly 100 police departments across the state are participating in the program, including Green Bay and the surrounding areas of Brown County and De Pere, where 17,000 sets of cards will be handed out.

Seaway Printing, the company responsible for printing all the 2003 Packers media guides and other media publications, printed the cards.

Man did I mess that up. What I meant to say was "Favre oddball" is redundant. You can tell I'm at work, since I'm not thinking clearly.
