Info on Topps "All Star Rookie" cards.

Anyone know the first and last year Topps started putting the "All Star Rookie" trophy logo on cards?

I've seen them as early as 1969 and as late as 1978. Is there a comprehensive list anywhere?

Seems like that might be a neat registry set to make.

I know they were in the 87 and 88 sets. I don't recall seeing them after that.
