Is this US-PI 50 Centavos Cleaned?

Edited to add a picture more demonstative of luster and to comment on cause for a greenish tint...
PCGS body bagged this coin as cleaned, and for the life of me, I cannot see it. I will try to add pictures taken at several angles later, but since my digital camera's maximum F-Stop is 4.0, I cannot get the entire coin in focus when shooting the picture at an angle in macro mode.
Here are two photos I took in natural indirect sunlight during lunch today, and I see no evidence whatsoever of any cleaning attempt. Would it be foolish to resubmit the coin, or does PCGS have a venue to seek explanation as to where their experts see evidence of cleaning? Even if I don't resubmit to PCGS, I will submit the coin to NGC, since I strongly do not believe the coin has been cleaned.
By the way, the coin is fully lustrous. The only thing I can see of a negative nature is slide marks on the left hand and breast that could lead to an AU58 grade, rather than MS. Is such scuffing considered to be the result of circulation? What do you think?
I greatly value (and seek) opinions and advice from forum members on this board.
Greenish tint is due to pictures being taken underneath a medium sized leafy tree.

The following image better represents the luster which is present on both obverse and reverse, though I don't currently have a good (in focus) image of luster for the reverse.

You see the slight discoloration around the lettering and devices? That could be a break in the luster and a sign that the coin may have been cleaned or dipped in the past and has begun to tone over. Hard to tell from a photo, but the skin looks slightly dull or flat and the devices look a bit too bright and shiny for a 100 coin old silver coin. Nevertheless, a fine piece with wonderful details. I've read that the TPG's have been very strict as of late.
Well, just Love coins, period.
