I went last night to evaluate an estate collection for a friend's cousin whose father had died sometime back. She'd been sitting on part of his coin collection for years and wants to get rid of it now.
The entire collection was split 3 or 4 ways amongst his daughters when he died. This collector appeared to be very meticulous in caring for his coins.

The most significant item is a series of proof sets in an acrylic frame with chrome steel edges. The case is roughly 12x16 inches with what looks to be a white styrofoam insert sandwiched between to acrylic sheets, held together by chromed steel frame that is screwed together. The front acrylic is labeled "Proof Sets" centered at the top. The reverse acrylic sheet is labeled "Showcase by Eshbach, Smoketown, PA." on the lower right hand corner.
The case encloses a series of proof sets from 1951 through 1963 with the quarter and dime from a 1950 set included, but they both have some haze on the surfaces. It also has both the small and large date cents from 1960. All of the coins appear to be very nice pieces without fingerprints or significant markings. A number of the coins show cameo effects.
This set has a Gray Sheet value of $1,313.00 without factoring in the 2-1950 coins or the 1960 small date cent and case. Any reasonable offers will be considered.

There were also a number of nice proof + mint sets from the 1980s and 1990s.
There are a few modern commems, one was a 2-piece with silver dollar and gold half Eagle.
1 proof silver Eagle (not sure of year)
Some Washington commem half dollars, both proof and Unc.

5-6 rolls of 1964 quarters, many AU/BU.
a few rolls of 1964 Kennedys
a couple rolls of common-date circ. Franklin and Walking Liberty half dollars.
(She also has a roll or so of 40% half dollars)
