Psa Submission:Review or Crack out?

Sorry if this has been brought up before.
Ive been out of PSA for about 1 year.
Better to send in previous graded on review or crack them out?
Anyone having any luck either way?
I have mostly 71 Topps.

I guess it depends on the card.

In general, crack-out is probably most prudent. It gives you the
chance for a FULL-grade bump, and still preserves your right to
a future review.

Of course, you can go for a review, AND crack-out if it fails to bump.

It really is kind of card-specific, though. Grossly-undergraded calls
for a crack-out. Somewhat-undergraded might only suggest a review.

I'm no expert by any means with PSA, but I'd still say crack it.

If you're paying full service price for the review, why not get an objective unslabbed opinion? Crack (but examine carefully before you do).
