Found at the local coin show (British)

Well I wandard down to the local Bellaire Coin Club summer show today, and found some quite nice things. Actually I was most excited about finding a copy of Pecks reference on Copper/Bronze/Tin coins in the British Museum collection. But for coins I found a very nice 1887 Florin in NGC PF65, how this did not get a Cameo I'll never know, it's as strong a cameo as I have seen on proofs from this era. A little light hazy white toning on the obverse, not nearly as bad as my image shows, and a brilliant white reverse. Lots of nicks and scratches on the slab which I'll try to polish out later.

You must of been right behind Stuart and I. We looked at the coin and it is a blazer. It should have no problems picking up a cameo designation. Nice pick up.
I have dealt with Alex for a long time and he is a good guy with high quality foreign coins.

Nope, I'm a student. I wish I had an oil worker's budget...
Dizzlecc, thanks for leaving this one for me.
He came off the price pretty decent so he must have been tired of people just looking. He seems like a decent sort, we exchanged emails last night so I hope to do some more buying from him in the future.
