Getting some autos authenticated

I was wondering what psa charges to have a card auto authenticated and not graded? Is it the same fee structure they use for authenticateing jerseys, balls, ext.? That would seem alittle steep and would not make it worth slabing these cards in my opinion.

  • I think it is $20 a card. I wouldn't think any of those cards would be worth the authentication fee. Nice cards though.

Agreed with vintagechris - none would be worth the fee unless you just HAVE to have them in a slab. They are all good.

Ya, I was thinking that. Are there other companys that do it for a cheaper price. I will more then likely never sell these, it is for my personal collection only. It would just be nice to have some type of perminent encapsolation.

What I do with some cards I have questions about that I dont feel are worth the money and time to send in for an actual authentication is; I list them on E-bay with a very high buy it Now price(So it is unlikely anyone will buy it) and get a Psa/Dna Quick Opinion for $7.95. When they send the E-mail that the sig is good or not I will print out the E-mail and put it with the card. I know it is not an actual Coa,But it's better than nothing and for $7.95 not a bad way to have a little piece of mind.
If you want to send them for the actual authentication within the next 90 days they will refund the Quick Opinion price.

By the way, from a novice's opinion those look pretty good.
