I'd like to be but it simply wasn't in the cards for me. Every one of my half dime geek buddies is already there. I'll have to settle for living vicariously though them on this one. Watch out though, when the ANA comes to CA I'm going to be all over it like stink on a dung beetle.
I wasn't able to go this year due to work and important writing projects.
After going last year to Milwaukee, the year before in Denver, and having gone to the Baltimore show in 2003, I figured I wouldn't be out too much if I stayed home this time.

I live about 30 miles away and I'm not going. Normally, I spend $20 for parking and spend Zero dollars on coins. If you've seen one big show, you've seen them all! IMO

Yea I hear ya! Still a few deals out there if ya look hard enough.
Wrong coast for those ... would rather have that at Fisherman's Wharf. 'Course a side trek to Boston for some Clam Chowder wouldn't be half bad, but Baltimore is out of my budget.
Far easier to make some of the shows in the St Louis area if I could just get my schedule and budget straightened out ...

<< <i>Nope. Not me. I'd like to visit Baltimore. But i've watched The Wire. I'm afraid.
I'll be at the Santa Clara show for sure. Nice and safe here, no crime at all. >>
Santa Clara seems safe at a glance, but I do know of a few dealers who have been robbed in the area over the last few years, one guy for a sum into the six figures.
