Will the big crumbs discount work with 2nd chance offers?

The second chance offer on ebay comes in the form of a buy it now, will the 25% discount work with this too. I signed on through big crumbs and the discount you normally see in the BIN details was not there. I was wondering if anyone else has used it with a 2nd chance offer.
