eBay Shipping DSR ?

Does this DSR makes any sense to you folks?

What I mean is that shipping and handling charges are clearly stated in each and every auction so don't bidders and buyers know exactly what theyare going to pay before they ever bid or hit that BIN button?

So whats the point of having a "How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?" DSR?
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    It's ebays way of trying to reign in the people charging crazy shipping charges. I agree it isn't right, I have shipped free for the last two months, and same day or first available day upon reciept of payment, and still had someone ding me on both time and cost DSR.
