Special Mint Set half........what do you think?

Is this a candidate for submission. Are these pretty common in this condition. I can't say that it is
markfree but it's pretty damn close. What say you? I don't know these halfs at all.

I don't know much about the submission, but it looks nice from here. I like the toning. My 66 SMS has more proof like surfaces than that coin.

It's not too difficult to find them much nicer than that.

That one is a little cleaner than most but that alone doesn't warrant submission.

Wow, never have seen a SMS half with PL surfaces. Pop report says about a quarter of the graded specimens are PL, Wow.
