What's a reasonable price to pay for a 1955 D/S in 64? Do these come with full steps?

Thanks

these can be cherried with some effort but if you can cherry one FS it would rate a YOU SUCK... I would imagine for a 64 without the steps you should be in the 80.00 range....

Thanks. A guy offered me one that has an Anacs certificate from 1981. It's graded 63/63, but the early ones like this tend to be undergraded by a point or so. He wants $75 for it.
