1999 S Silver Kennedy Found!

I was cleaning out the medicine cabinet in my bathroom this evening and found a small yellow coin envelope. I got excited thinking it was the 1955 Double Die that I lost several years ago ($625). Whenever I picked it up I noticed it was too heavy for a cent, so I was hoping it was a bust half or something cool. To my surprise, and dismay, it was a Proof 1999 S Kennedy half. Now...how did that get there?
