10 years of Silver Proof sets?

I just got the mint gift catalog in the mail and the last of the 50 state quarters silver proof set is included. I bought the first set as Christmas gifts for my two sons aged 5 and 6 at the time and every year since. They are 15 and 16 now, one is driving, the other is off at football camp for high school and is an avid collector....... sheesh time flies. Who else thinks the time has just whizzed by (no pun intended) since the series started?

I agree it has, but not because of the quarters. I graduated college 10 years ago, at that time I wasn't collecting coins as I didn't have 2 nickels to rub together.
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.
  • I also received the catalog but did not see the 2008 silver proof set listed, it had the 50 state quarter set, the silver 50 state quarter set, and the proof set but not the silver one. Had pictures for three out of the four sets. Is my catalog different by any chance?

The complete silver proof set will not be out until next month. The state quarters silver only is available now.
I am waiting for the complete set too.
