Is there any hope for this dime...

When I was putting together my raw 1853 set I acquired this dime. In that they are somewhat scarce I went ahead and purchased it but now in hindsight I wish I hadn't .
What do you do with coins like these that are somewhat rare but just aren't anything near original anymore ? Not to try to deceive anyone, but is there anything that can be done to make the coin appear more natural ? Thanks.

Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!

I've had luck doing that with cleaned Indian head cents, never tried it with silver though.
I think the coin is not bad at all though.
