Teletrade needs a new writer/ cataloguer

Most of you know how weakly some of the barber coins can come from the New Orleans mint. I don't mind in the lower grades seeing a coin like this in a 62 holder either, even tho I personally wouln't be a bidder on it. But to describe this coin as "well struck", would have to be called a real stretch at best. Opinions?

1892 Barber Half, PCGS 62

You can say that again! Some of the so-called "rainbow toned" stuff is hardly that (unless it's because of the crummy pictures.) And "double" die? It's "doubled" die.
  • They look in the description archives for grade, date, and mint mark and recycle.

I wish they had the zoom function on their photos like some auction sites.. but in their case it might be bad for business..

I wish they would stop using a scanner and take real photos of coins.
