Is there a list of bad ebayers you won't let bid on your auctions?

I know there is Toolhaus, but do you guys have a list to share on a Pm or on here. I would like to start selling alot more on the bay and not get hoodwinked. Probably will fall victim to the new rules on feeback, but just want to be perpared from the snakes.
